Digital and print editions are at the clickety click on that page, but as a reward for your patronage, I’m releasing the entire issue here, one high-res page per week. Thank you for supporting my work and helping me get to the finish line on this issue!  I’m also going to be posting behind-the-scenes previews of my development process of issue #3 soon, as well as Patreon-exclusive previews of other projects. This first post is public, but I’ll be changing future posts back to Patrons Only.

PLEASE NOTE: I paused the billing cycle on this account for well over a year, since it’s been mostly inactive, but I will be resuming the billing cycle starting next week. Even though I’ve been silent here on Patreon for a while, I thought it would be good to post a little update here, so my Patreon’s know that I’m still hard at work on HARK #2. As of this writing, I’m penciling page 24, so I’m getting a bit closer to the finish line. In fact, you can see for yourself at my new Twitch live-stream! Go here to get caught up on the last two streams or just follow along for notifications of the next one. They are scheduled for Thursdays from 9:30am-11:30am, but I’m popping in throughout the week, as time permits. The whole thing is a bit experimental and I’m still getting used to the idea of live-streaming, but so far it’s been fun. Hope to see you there. 

Thanks again for hanging in there with me while I get HARK issue 2 finished. I’m still planning to resume posting a new page weekly here soon, so keep an eye out for that.

I’m working hard to get several weeks worth of pages completed, so I can resume a weekly posting schedule here. But in order to that, I’ve decided it’s better to pause things on Patreon for the time being. I want to make sure I’m bringing you consistent rewards for your patronage. So, expect the billing cycle and weekly posts to resume once I’ve completed this second issue of Hark.  My goal is to have it completed before the end of the year, if not sooner.

Finally getting the latest page posted here. I’ve been super busy the past few weeks with various graphic design gigs, so I haven’t been able to be quite as productive on this comic as I would like. Such is my life, but I have no complaints. My current plan is to get Hark Book II completed before the end of the year, though, so expect to see more pages posted here as they are completed. 

Also, full disclosure. Some of that time away from the comic was spent redesigning my site www.beyondforwardcomics.com, which now includes a showcase retrospective of my past comic book work, an extensive gallery and links to all of my comics currently available in digital and in print. Hope you’ll give it a look.

I’m still trying to get back to a weekly posting schedule, but as you can see the detail in some of these pages has set me back a little. Ultimately, I’m less concerned with getting these posted weekly as I am in maintaining personal creative momentum, as much of this work is produced between various my contracted work as a Graphic Designer. Some days I don’t have a spare moment to even think about Hark, while other days I have a solid 4 or 5 hours to hunker down and focus my full energy on drawing, inking or coloring a page. Fortunately, today was one of those days, and I was able to put the finishing touches to page 4.
